Around Europe in many dishes 2: A Scottish meal in Bath!

Had a very nice meal the other day in Bath--and in this very English city, it actually was a Scottish meal at the Loch Fyne restaurant in Milsoms Hotel where I was staying. Quite delicious and very good value too--a three course meal for 12 pounds 95!
Entree was 'Cullen skink'--a smoked haddock and potato soup; main course rope-grown Scottish mussels in a white wine and cream sauce'; dessert was creme brulee!
